At the Gem Syndicate your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from when you sign for and receive your item from the shipping carrier. Custom made items or items that have been altered to your specifications before shipping will not be accepted for return or refund for any reason.
Please note: Loose gemstones will not be accepted for a refund if they have been set, scratched, chipped, fractured, weigh differently or have been altered in any way. We strongly recommend that you do not set your gemstone with another jeweler until you fully intend to purchase it.
All items purchased on sale are final, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
A special note
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, stone colors may appear different on different monitors.
We strive to bring you the truest color representation without the use of Photoshop. Our videos and still shots are produced with a Google Pixel 5 smart phone in a number of everyday lighting conditions. All still images were shot on a Canon with a Tamron macro lens.
